PHOTO GUIDELINES
Choose a close, well-lit photograph in which your pet’s face and distinctive features are clearly visible. Original digital photographs produce better results than screenshots or images downloaded from social media.
MULTIPLE OR DAMAGED PHOTOS
Combining separate photographs, removing complicated backgrounds, or restoring damaged images may require an additional $25–$45 design fee. We will contact you before adding any charge.
TURNAROUND
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks after we receive an acceptable photograph and your final proof approval. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Granite is a natural material, so subtle variations in color, pattern and surface may occur. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged after proof approval unless the item arrives damaged or contains an error made by LaseHaven.
